NOTE: We check email 2-3 times per day, but if you need an immediate response, please call us at 916-687-6733. If you have sent email or used the form below, and don't hear back from us within 24 hours, please resubmit your request or call.

PLEASE READ: Due to a recent number of last minute cancellations and early pick ups we have found it necessary to implement a cancellation policy for new and existing clients.

We now require 72 hours notice of cancellation. Any reservation cancelled with less than 72 hours will be charged a $25 cancellation fee due immediately. Any HOLIDAY reservation will require 7 days notice of cancellation to avoid incurring a fee.

If a reservation is made and a pet is dropped off then picked up early you will be charged for half of the remaining days.
